We manufacture fully ground punches and dies, core treated with a hardness of 100/110 kg/mm². and 140/150 kg/mm². On customer’s request, it is possible to provide them with a higher hardness and even an induction hardening on working areas, but with the core treated at all times.
We are specialized in exchangeable middle-size punches and dies (lengts of approx. 500 mm.), having even some models available in stock for spot delivery.
Tools of up to 8 m. long can be supplied in a single piece.
